HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us right away and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made*.
*Please note your order is eligible to be cancelled and modified within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled.
Please be informed that a management and processing fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
RETURN & REFUND
We do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. We want to make sure you love your order and if for any reasons you are not fully satisfied, we are here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution as soon as possible.
If there’s an issue with your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.
1) Your order number and/or the email address registered to the order
2) Clear photo(s) of the affected package and items(s)
3) More details about the package that are relevant
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving above information requested. We use this information to look into your request and prevent future errors.
Please be informed that advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Hence, please allow the difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.
Please note some products purchased during a sale or promotion may not be subject to return or refund.
Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
When you make a qualifying refund, we will credit the full amount, and you will typically receive your refund in approximately 3-5 business days after we issue the refund. You will receive an email once we issue your refund.
Any refunds will be applied using the same method of payment, used to place the order.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
We will provide you with a full refund if you don’t receive your order after 45 days from your purchase date.
