Each October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, 3D Memories For Life celebrates women whose lives have been touched by breast cancer through a lifelike 3D figurine of each honoree and a gathering of love, remembrance, and community.Â
Who would you like to honor this year?
A small figurine can hold a lifetime of courage, love, and memories. At our celebration, honorees and families saw these keepsakes revealed for the first time.
For some, it was a chance to celebrate a woman beside them. For others, it was a way to hold close the memory of someone they miss.

How To Nominate and What To Expect
A few minutes can help someone you love feel seen and celebrated. Nomination Period: October 1–31
1- Nominate Her
Nominate a survivor, someone currently battling breast cancer, or someone you want to remember.
2- Honorees Are Selected
After nominations close on October 31, honorees are selected at random. We’ll notify them or their families by December 31.
3- Celebrate Her Story
We create a lifelike 3D figurine for each honoree, then hold a celebration for nominees and their families.

Who can be nominated?
A breast cancer survivor, currently battling, or remembered with love.
Can I nominate someone who has passed away?
Yes. You can nominate someone who has passed away.
Does submitting a nomination guarantee selection?
No. Honorees will be selected at random after nominations close for the lifelike 3D figurine design.
When will I find out if my nominee was selected?
You’ll receive a notification by December 31.
Is there any cost to participate?
No. There is no cost to nominate or attend the celebration. The lifelike 3D figurine for each selected honoree is also provided at no cost. It’s our gift to the community.
Can I nominate more than one person?
Yes. You’re welcome to nominate more than one person. Please submit a separate form for each nominee.
Can I nominate myself?
Yes. You’re welcome to nominate yourself.
